What to Expect...
Each property will be photographed at a pre-determined scheduled time. Most homes take less than an hour for a comprehensive photo shoot on-site. The photos cover all features of the property; both interior and exterior, typically up to fifty photos, depending on property size.
All prices are for properties within the High Country of western North Carolina. However, when traveling one-way for more than an hour, there will be a reasonable additional fee for travel time and expenses.
Your fully processed photos will be uploaded via Dropbox within 24-48 hours, in MLS size and resolution.

Usage Rights Guide
Image usage rights are temporary & non-transferable.
All of our images are copyrighted and owned by (Lynne Townsend Photography), and we license our images to you for use.
MLS :The real estate agent or client is granted Temporary Usage Rights to use those images until the property is either sold or goes off the market.
A realtor pays to have their MLS listing photographed by Lynne Townsend Photography. They cannot provide or sell the images to the builder, remodeler, designer, etc. of that property. I license the client (real estate agent and parent company) to use the photos on the MLS, signage, and flyers for a particular listing until the listing is sold
I reserve the right to use all photos that I produce for marketing my services, including portfolio images on my website, social media, emails, and any printed materials.
